Gaja Beach Homes was born from a personal vision—to create spaces where contemporary architecture meets the authentic lifestyle of the Island of Krk.

Each property is carefully positioned within the beautiful Malinska Bay, where architecture blends effortlessly with the sea, Mediterranean light, and the surrounding natural landscape.

The project is led by architect Barbara Turčić Gajzler through her architectural studio, Marconico, with a focus on creating timeless, functional spaces designed to last. Complementing this vision is Dalibor Gajzler, whose vineyards, olive groves, and deep connection to the Adriatic bring an equally important dimension—the authentic rhythm of island life.

Every residence reflects this philosophy: refined, understated, and thoughtfully designed to feel comfortable from the very first moment.
