Gaja Beach Homes was born from a personal vision\u2014to create spaces where contemporary architecture meets the authentic lifestyle of the Island of Krk.<\/p>\n

Each property is carefully positioned within the beautiful Malinska Bay, where architecture blends effortlessly with the sea, Mediterranean light, and the surrounding natural landscape.<\/p>\n

The project is led by architect Barbara Tur\u010di\u0107 Gajzler through her architectural studio, Marconico, with a focus on creating timeless, functional spaces designed to last. Complementing this vision is Dalibor Gajzler, whose vineyards, olive groves, and deep connection to the Adriatic bring an equally important dimension\u2014the authentic rhythm of island life.<\/p>\n

Every residence reflects this philosophy: refined, understated, and thoughtfully designed to feel comfortable from the very first moment.<\/p>\n

The experience is further enriched by San Apollinare wines and extra virgin olive oil, as well as private boating experiences aboard Brod Gaja. Everything is connected naturally, with a quiet emphasis on quality, authenticity, and a profound sense of peace.<\/p>\n
