San Apollinare was born from a deep love for the Island of Krk, its land, and its long-standing tradition of cultivating vineyards and olive groves.
Nestled among our family-owned vineyards and olive trees, where sunshine, sea breezes, and limestone soil shape every harvest, we produce estate wines and extra virgin olive oil that truly reflect the character of this remarkable island.
Ours is a small, family-run production where every step remains personal—from caring for the vines and olive trees to the final bottle placed in your hands.
These are not mass-produced products. Every harvest passes through our family’s hands, with a level of care, patience, and dedication that simply cannot be rushed or industrialised.
EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
Our extra virgin olive oil is produced from the Galović Gajzler family’s olive groves in the Šotovento region of Krk, where the unique combination of sea winds, Mediterranean sunshine, and rocky terrain gives the oil its distinctive aroma and character.
Cold-pressed to preserve its natural freshness, vibrant fragrance, and balanced flavour, every bottle captures the authentic taste of our island.

Produced from our young vineyard in the picturesque village of Turčić, just outside Malinska, our wines continue the centuries-old winemaking tradition of the Dubašnica region.
Each bottle reflects the spirit of the island and the landscape that shapes it.
Named after Saint Apollinaris, the patron saint of vineyards, San Apollinare honours both tradition and our gratitude for the nature that surrounds us.
We are not industrial winemakers. Every grape cluster passes through our hands, and we are personally involved in every stage—from planting the first vine to selecting the final label.

Within the estate, guests are invited to discover our intimate private wine tavern, where San Apollinare can be experienced through guided tastings of our wines and extra virgin olive oil.
With advance reservation, every tasting becomes a relaxed and authentic experience shaped by conversation, local flavours, and the atmosphere of the island.
Our wines and olive oil are also available to purchase, whether as individual bottles or beautifully presented gift boxes—allowing you to take a small part of Krk home with you.
