Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Additional guests who have not been declared in advance may be refused entry. A charge of €100 per unregistered guest, per day applies, up to the maximum occupancy of the accommodation. Keys are issued exclusively to registered guests.
The host will ensure the property is prepared for your arrival and will be available should you require any assistance. Your stay includes all standard utilities (water, electricity, cooking gas/electricity and hot water), as well as bed linen and towels.
Guests are kindly asked to treat the accommodation and all furnishings with care. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, while check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late departures may incur an additional night’s charge.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. We kindly ask all guests, including children, to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the property. Children must remain under adult supervision at all times.
Failure to comply with the house rules—including illegal activities, property damage, excessive noise, improper waste disposal or any other violation—may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund of the accommodation fee or security deposit.
Please do not remove towels, bed linen, parasols or any other items belonging to the property, nor move indoor furniture outside.
Should you decide to shorten your stay, the full amount of the confirmed reservation remains payable.
Before departure, please contact your host for a final inspection of the accommodation. Any damage identified may be charged additionally.
