The Gaja Apartment House is located right by the sea in the bay of Malinska, in Vantačići, alongside the seaside promenade that stretches through a pine forest between Malinska and Porat—a location where the sea, lush greenery, and tranquility blend naturally.

This charming stone house carries its authentic character into the interior through carefully integrated stone details, natural materials, and soothing tones. Bohemian-inspired design elements, combined with warm neutral colours and olive-green shutters, create a relaxed yet subtly elegant atmosphere.
A distinctive feature of the property is the two fifty-year-old pine trees in the courtyard, whose natural fragrance fills the air and becomes part of the everyday experience. From the terraces, the view extends over the pine treetops and the sea, whose colour in this bay is remarkably deep and crystal clear.

In the immediate vicinity of the house, on both sides, there are small beach bars and beaches nestled among the rocks—discreetly integrated into the landscape and easily accessible on foot, making them perfect for a quick swim or a relaxed evening by the sea.
The house is situated on a steep hillside descending towards the sea, with a series of carefully designed terraces featuring Mediterranean gardens and leisure areas. The outdoor space includes a Zen garden, a lounge area with a fire pit, a gazebo with a barbecue, an infinity pool, a sauna, and a jacuzzi—all thoughtfully arranged to follow the natural terrain while providing a sense of privacy and understated luxury.

The house consists of two separate apartments—Gaja 1 and Gaja 2—each with its own private entrance. This layout ensures complete privacy while also offering flexibility, allowing the property to be enjoyed as a single residence, making it ideal for families or groups who wish to share the same location while maintaining their own private space.
