The beach lies just steps from the villa, while the coastal promenade connecting Malinska and Porat passes right beside the property—inviting guests to explore the coastline at their own pace.

Designed to accommodate up to eight guests, the villa features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the outdoor areas. The thoughtfully planned layout offers generous shared living spaces while ensuring complete privacy whenever desired.

At the heart of the villa is an elegant open-plan living area that seamlessly connects the lounge, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen, all naturally oriented towards the sea. The interiors are timeless, understated, and designed with lasting comfort in mind.

The spacious terrace and swimming pool extend the living area outdoors, creating a setting where mornings begin with sea views and peaceful surroundings, while afternoons effortlessly unfold into long lunches, swimming, and relaxed evenings by the water.

Within walking distance, you’ll find a selection of charming beach bars and carefully chosen restaurants—close enough to enjoy, yet discreetly positioned to preserve the tranquillity of the location. An outdoor kitchen and large dining table provide the perfect setting for long summer evenings shared with family and friends.

For an additional level of comfort, guests can also enjoy a private gym, sauna, and jacuzzi, creating a dedicated wellness retreat within the villa itself. Upon prior request and at an additional charge, guests may also reserve the traditional seaside tavern—a unique and intimate space that offers an authentic local dining and wine experience.

Villa Marconica is fully equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, SAT TV, and underfloor heating, ensuring complete comfort throughout every season. Whenever needed, your hostess will be available with discreet assistance to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
